2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder
After some remodeling was done and transformed in a
convertible, the new Huracan Performante is ready to surprise us.
The body lines will take your breath combined with the
highest performance that you will ever see in the Huracan family. Having 30 kg less
than the Huracan 4WD Spyder and 30 HP more, this new model will have the best
power-to-weight ratio in the Huracan Spyder range, providing a one of a kind
driving experience.
The 5.2-litre V10 engine with a LDF 7-speed dual-clutch
transmission can develop up to 631 HP with a torque of 443 lb-ft. As I said before,
the car will weight 30 kg less due to the lightweight exhaust system using
forged composites. In order to complete the driving experience, the chassis was
also reworked, made from aluminum and carbon fiber for better dynamics combined
with some innovation called Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva which is a system
of electronically controlled flaps in the front splitter and rear wing.
With its inimitable 5.2 l V10 naturally-aspirated engine, the permanent
four-wheel drive Performante Spyder accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0-62
mph) in 3.1 seconds, 0-200 km/h (0-124 mph) in 9.3 seconds, and with a
top speed of 325 km/h matches its coupé stablemate. Braking from 100-0
km/h is mastered in 31.5 m.
